Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) - Best Practice Blueprint Program!

The Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) program is an intensive, family-centered mental health treatment service for youth and their family. It uniquely incorporates all domains of a youth’s life, including home, peers, school, and community involvement. In Home Care Therapeutic Counseling programs provides individual, group, marital, family counseling, or psychotherapy to Care Management Organization participants. Individual and family sessions are one-on-one and generally 50 minutes in duration. Group counseling sessions are generally 60-90 minutes in duration and address those problems that either contribute or are the consequence of family stress and problems that interfere with parent role performance.

Eligibility Criteria: Youth are referred exclusively through the CMO and Wayne County Department of Children and Family Services. For more information on the MST program, please contact 313-758-0150 ext. 218
