• Youth Assistance Program (YAP) Program Manager, Cynthia Williams, and Counselors, Lisa Benjamin and Charone Carter, are dedicated and committed to making a difference in youth and families. The YAP program staff utilize a strengths-based approach to help the youth and family identify and meet their goals. Thus, decreasing the likelihood of entering the formal Juvenile Justice system. The team helps to address individual needs and provide them with the resources to lead productive and healthy lives.
