CMO Hope Program

Overview

The CMO-HOPE program welcomes youths who identify a need for substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders services.

HOPE Program provides culturally relevant, individualized, strength based, comprehensive and assessable outpatient (OP) substance abuse services to court ordered youth and their families. These services are provided in the least restrictive environment and in a manner that respects the dignity, worth and rights of the persons served and their families.

CMO Program Goal

(1) To reduce alcohol and drug abuse by promoting continued abstinence.

(2) To assist youth with adopting productive options to substance dependent lifestyles.

CMO Program Services

  • Individual and group substance abuse therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Case management
  • Relapse prevention
  • Life skills
  • Educational monitoring
  • Drug screen monitoring
  • Crisis intervention services
    And a variety of other services designed to promote abstinence from tobacco, alcohol and other drugs

    Eligibility Criteria
    Court ordered male and female youth, ages 12-18 years, who live in Wayne County, have been referred by CMO and are able to benefit from Outpatient (OP) substance abuse treatment services.
